Stephanie brings the knowledge of 5 generations of construction and food production entrepreneurs and 20 years of experience in construction to the emerging and growing Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry. Stephanie has spent the last 9 years of her career building large scale CEA facilities across the US and led the construction efforts of one of the largest CEA companies in the nation. Now, she is building the largest food production CEA facilities in the US. With deep connections to the European CEA eco-system, Stephanie brings unparalleled expertise and knowledge to building large scale CEA and food infrastructure projects.

Rolland Mok brings over 18 years of executive leadership to Kind Farm Services, having held CEO, COO, and CFO roles across international manufacturing and technology sectors. His expertise in operations, finance, and supply chain strategy supports KFS’s mission to deliver scalable, efficient infrastructure for the growing CEA industry. Rolland’s cross-industry perspective and focus on long-term growth help position KFS at the forefront of modern food production. Rollands is excited to combine his families farming knowledge and studies in robotics to achieve his childhood dream of automizing farming.
